Newton Box is for children who have an interest in science and technology. It's ideal for all kids above the age of 7.
Once your order is complete, you can find the tracking details in your Skillcasper dashboard. Please find the Tracking number attached to your order. It takes around 24-48 working hours for the Airway bill to be updated
Apologies if your order is damaged. Every kit which is shipped, goes through a strict quality control process. We ensure that the packing is done well to avoid damage. However, if the product is damaged, please raise a support ticket. Your order will be checked and a replacement will be sent.
You have 7 days to return the kit without breaking the seal. Send the package to the following address within 7 days of the receipt of the order and we will initiate the refund request. Newton Box, TREC STEP, Inside NIT Campus Trichy 600015 PS: Note that the delivery charge will not be refunded.
From the time of raising the refund request, it takes 7-10 working days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account.
We have partnered with DHL and Blue Dart to provide quality service to our customers.
Your shipment will take 10-14 working days on average from the date of order. We will do our best to deliver the shipment on time.
Newton Box does not pay the customs duty. The shipping service provider will update the custom duty charges during the delivery. Since the kit is an Educational product, we will print the required HSC Code to avoid customs duty.
Your tracking details will be available in Skillcasper
Once you have purchased the course, the kits will be dispatched within 48 hours from the time of placing the order. You can find the course in the "My course" section after logging in to Skillcasper.
The course certificate will be generated in the "certificate manager" tab. Please check your certificate generator after you have completed your course.
Irrespective of the course plan you have chosen, we provide a dedicated community for your student to ask questions. If you require a 1 on 1 support, please feel free to raise a support ticket and we will allocate a dedicated expert as a mentor.
Newton Box performs a lot of stress, toxic, and safety tests before launch. Newton Box is designed to be 100% safe. However, keep any infants or young children below the age of 7 years away from using or getting exposed to the product.
Newton Box is prepared for beginners. Please follow the learning objective and choose the course based on pre-requirements.
Our trainers during the training will constantly evaluate the children progress. Further, our customer service representative will reach out to you to know the childs' performance. Your child has to build the project on his/her own to complete the course. We believe that learning by doing is the best training method.
We apologise for such a situation. Your order will be cancelled and your payment will be reflected in your bank in 7 working days. Even if the query is not solved, please raise a ticket to customer care and we will help you sort out this issue.
